Focusing on You
01 — Loving yourself.
Our work is to ensure that you are happy and calm with yourself and your inner most feelings. You will find the tools and resources you need in order to ensure daily self-care.
02 — Strong boundaries
Ensure that you are able to share your needs and wants with others in your life. You can chose when to do things and how. Others need to accept this.
03 — Loving relationships
People will accept your boundaries and who you are, loving you within those limits. There will be a fine balance of give and take in your life.
04 — Process trauma and feelings
You will be able to process experiences of trauma and rejection so that you do not repeat poor boundaries and abuse in new relationships. Creative avenues can be practiced within therapy.
If you face your flaws, you’ll notice the change.
